Lawyers
There are seven lawyers at McKimm & Lott practicing in all areas of the law.
Chris, Nick and Tim Lott have practiced together since 1983. Nick is senior litigation counsel and has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Chris is a qualified mediator and a member of the Mediator Roster Society, he has a general practice with signifigant experience in personal injury and estate matters. Tim is the firm’s senior solicitor practicing in corporate and business structuring, wills and estates and corporate and residential real estate conveyances. Tybring Hemphill has been with the firm since 1990, practicing primarily in criminal law. Nola Silzer practices primarily in family law and joined the firm after representing the British Columbia Family Maintenance Enforcement Program for several years. Coll Gordon articled with the firm and has been practicing primarily in the area of general litigation since his call to the Bar in 2006. Jennifer Bateman recently articled with McKimm & Lott and was admitted to the Bar in 2009.
