There are eight lawyers at McKimm & Lott, practicing in all areas of the law. Chris, Nick, and Tim Lott have practiced together since 1983 with Coll Gordon joining the partnership in 2010.
Nick is senior litigation counsel and has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Chris is a qualified mediator and a member of the Mediator Roster Society, he has a general practice with significant experience in personal injury and estate matters. Tim is the firm’s senior solicitor practicing in corporate and business structuring, wills and estates and corporate and residential real estate conveyances. Coll practices primarily in the area of general civil litigation, including disputed estates and family law, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Tybring Hemphill has been with the firm since 1990, practicing primarily in criminal law. Jenni Bateman has practiced law at McKimm & Lott since 2009. She maintains a solicitor’s practice with a focus on wills, trusts, and estate planning. Damon O’Brien has practiced law in both Alberta and British Columbia. He has a general practice with a focus on real estate, wills and estates and business law.
Kate J. Fischer is located in our Ganges office and focuses her practice on real estate and corporate/commercial work.
